Important Stuff to take note

1. there are 33 people in our OG, nt 32 like i mentioned in one of my earlier emails.

2. here are some names of OGLs that can't be voted as OGHead (due to r papers/councillors)

-syazana
-tun yuan
-julian
-jiang han
-wan swen (councillor)
-anoosha (councillor)

I AM REALLY NOT SURE, who else can't be voted..

and anyway. just a piece of my mind.. i think this voting of oghead should be treated seriously. we need to pick a leader who can lead us through happy and high times, as well as hardships (e.g, painting of og banners, er.... moving of stuff? arh. wadever there is that wont be easy for us) and also be able to lead us to great and greater heights during orientation. someone who can throw away his/her face to win whatever there is for our OG and act with all his/her effort to show how noble our ILLUMUS is. and more imptly, someone who is initiative and responsible enough to organise and man ILLUMUS. :)

3. sorry.. i think i need to address this issue.. but it's a bit sensitive, so i hope u all willl just take it as a positive feedback ok?
i think there should be more initiative in our OG.. i think so far, it has been good, we all can work well tgt and there are no internal conflicts/power struggle (LETS ALL GIVE OURSELVES A BIG CLAP!) but i think more ppl should step up to talk, to give ideas, to lead and to organise stuff.. and a reminder, OGL has its meaning. it's ORIENTATION GROUP LEADERS and LEADERS mean a big thing. and guess wad, U ALL. EVERY SINGLE ONE, IS A LEADER. so initiative should really be something that's nt hard to find in our OG, right? i think we should all start standing on our own feet, and nt depend on the more talkative ones in the OG to fill in the blanks during meetings and stuff.. i believe ILLUMUS has great leaders, and we, each, just need to activate it.

and since the voting for OG head is really SOON, like (4 more days?! -_-) , i think it's best more ppl step up now and show the whole OG ur potential.. it's nt trying to vy or to show off, but simply, doing all of us a huge favour by giving us the opportunity to see who we can trust to fulfill all the roles for an OGHead.. :)))

moreover, even after voting of oghead and appointment of ogh, we should not suddenly just step back again just because we are not the leader in the OG. a leader needs his/her supporters and if a leader has a great bunch of leaders under him/her, i am sure our og will succeed and ultimately win the throne, and very imptly, bond, as nt only ogmates, but friends who will last us thru our remianing jc life (boohoo.. so fast) and even after.

i rly look forward to that happening :))) i can see a great person in every one of u.
